Day 12 - Feel

Lizard Pose "Uttan Pristhasana"

Another deep hip opener to activate your creativity. As always, listen to your body and breath as you move very slowly into lizard pose. Just observe what comes up for you emotionally. If you can, try to accept where you are, surrender to it, and let go.

Let go of your worry and open up to possibility. If that seems too daunting, start with just these few minutes of painting. The more we practice letting go, even just for small increments, the more we flex that muscle, and will see results blossom over time. So, grab your brush or your masking fluid, and start to create while all else falls away for the time being.
